how I work

I work in a body-oriented and experiential way . This means that we not only talk about what is going on, but also listen to what your body tells us. Safety and attunement are central to my approach.

Through several techniques, space is created for relaxation, insight, and lasting change .

Always tailored to your pace and context.

TRE® consists of simple physical exercises that help release (daily & chronic) stress and tension. Stress resides not only in your head, but also in your body. Through TRE®, you connect with your body's natural release mechanism. After practicing a few sessions, you can apply TRE® at home and start a  process of healing and recovery. The result? You experience fewer physical complaints, and you feel lighter, more relaxed, and connected to your body.

These techniques are based on the polyvagal model and help regulate your nervous system. When your body feels safe, you can relax, listen better, and be connected with others. Polyvagal exercises support you in releasing stress, reducing tension, and experiencing a sense of safety in your own body. They are effective for stress, anxiety, trauma, or burnout and help your body and mind regain balance.

Sometimes you feel the need to be truly heard, to express yourself without judgment or analysis. Deep Listening as a method uses presence and openness, creating space to speak not from your head, but from deeper parts of yourself. This allows you to hear yourself and discover what is truly alive within you. You learn to listen to what your own body and feelings need. This contributes to processing, understanding, and self-insight.

Rituals are conscious actions or habits that give meaning and structure to important moments in your life. They can help release tension, process emotions, and provide a sense of stability. Rituals are supportive during grief, stress, transitional moments, or changes. Through rituals, you create awareness, connection, and a sense of safety, both within yourself and in relationships with others.
